Suspect In Avondale Double Shooting; Man Crawl’s Under women's restroom

AVONDALE, Ohio – The law enforcement officials in Avondale are looking for a suspect after an incident where two people were shot on Monday evening.
The incident took place at around 10:00 Monday evening in the 3300 block of Milton Court where the officers were called to respond, according to the reports.
Other news media outlet reported that there were two male that were shot by a suspect. The two victims were black males and were shot while they were in the middle of the street.

The two victims were twenty-nine-year-old and were     transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The names of the two victims were not immediately released. Reports say that one of the victims suffered a single gunshot wound to his foot while the other victim obtained a gunshot wound to his leg.
Investigators say that they are now looking for a black male who was wearing a sweatshirt with a hoodie. Reports also indicated that the suspect is a small man.

There were no other injuries that were reported. The suspect is still at large as of the moment.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Cincinnati Division of Police or the Crime Stoppers.

In another incident, a 39-year-old man is in custody after allegedly crawling under a stall door in a women' library bathroom, according to the reports.

Other news media outlet reported that he pushed a deputy when the deputy tried to take him into custody and had to be teased.

The suspect is a 39-year-old Camp Washington man who is identified as Colliens Bullucks. He is facing multiple charges after a woman reported that she saw the suspect crawling under the stall of Public Library of Cincinnati's bathroom. He is charged with one count of voyeurism, resisting arrest and possession of illegal drug paraphernalia, according to the reports.
